Start by peeling each banana and then cutting the ends off so they are flat. Cut into 1-inch pieces.


Lay the bananas on a tray or inside the air fryer basket in a single layer. Use a pastry brush to spread the top of the banana slices with coconut oil.


Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.


Place them in the air fryer at 375° F or 180° C and cook for 6 minutes. The tops should be golden brown and slightly crispy looking around the edges.
