PUMPKIN PUREE COCONUT CREAM SILKEN TOFU TAPIOCA FLOUR CINNAMON NUTMEG GINGER CLOVES SUGAR SALT COOKIES ALMOND FLOUR COCONUT OIL
Combine the ingredients to make the cookie crust.
Press the cookie crust into a 9 inch pie plate. Bake for 10 minutes.
Add all the ingredients for the filling to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour filing into baked cookie crust and cook for 1 hour.
Serve up with your favorite vegan whipped cream!!
