Kid-friendly sized burgers!
Lentils are healthy and delicious in a burger form, mini or full-size!!
WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE VEGAN SLIDERS
Cook the lentils in water until tender.
When cooked, transfer 2/3 of lentils to blender and puree.
Transfer the intact cooked lentils and the pureed ones to a mixing bowl.
Mix the chia with water to make a chia egg. Let sit for five minutes.
Add... garlic powder cumin onion powder parsley chia egg...
Mix it up!
Add some salt and pepper to taste. Then mix in the oats. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Weigh out vegan slider mixture into 2 ounce balls.
Shape them into patties, squeezing so they stick together. Lay on a parchment lined baking tray.
Cook at 350° F for 20-25 minutes, flipping once.
Serve up your vegan sliders with your favorite toppings!
