Gently remove the stems from the mushroom caps.

Brush white wine over the mushroom caps and sprinkle with salt and pepper,

Chop up the mushroom stems, onions and garlic in a food processor.

Add the walnuts and pulse to chop.

Mix together the chopped ingredients with lentils, olive oil and breadcrumbs. Add salt & pepper to taste.

Add a heaping amount of stuffing to the mushrooms pressing it down into the cap.

Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
