Pomegranate vinaigrette is a fruity, sweet, and tangy dressing you can easily make at home. It’s perfect for using on salads but it also makes a tasty marinade or a way to flavor cooked veggies.
Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust any of the ingredients to your liking.
Using lemon or lime juice makes a dressing less sweet.
