Place yogurt, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, hemp seeds, maple syrup, and oats in a bowl. Stir together with a whisk. Transfer to jars or container and place in refrigerator overnight or until most of liquid is absorbed.
½ cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 cup milk of choice, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, ½-1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey, 2 tablespoons hemp seeds, 1 cup old fashioned oats
When ready, serve with fresh fruit, chopped almonds, and more yogurt if desired.
