Notes
Smoothies are a great option for breakfast, a post workout snack, afternoon snack, or even to enjoy before bedtime.
Feel free to adjust the quantities of the ingredients or swap them out to make a delicious smoothie tailored to your tastes.
Use frozen banana! I promise, it makes such a difference.
Remember, use ripe bananas for more sweetness or add your favorite sweetener.
Make sure to use cold milk to keep everything cold. Using room temperature milk melts the banana too quickly.
Prep up bananas in advance for the freezer. It’s super easy and I like to prep enough for several smoothies and keep them in the freezer to pull out as I need them.
