Healthy baked oatmeal without banana is made with just a handful of simple ingredients in just a matter of minutes. All the ingredients are blended together resulting in a baked oatmeal that's almost cake-like. Includes option to make a single serving in the air fryer or oven!
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a sprayed 8 x 8 baking dish or 9 inch pie plate.
Bake in the oven for 18 - 22 minutes.
Single Serving
Decide method for cooking, air fryer or oven. Preheat oven to 350° F or air fryer to 350° if necessary.
Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a ramekin or mini tart pan.
Cook in the air fryer 15 minutes or in the oven for 25 minutes.
Notes
Blend the oatmeal for a more cakelike oatmeal texture.If adding extra flavor ingredients add them to the mixture after blending the oats.Serve up your baked oats with a drizzle of maple syrup, jam, or fresh berries.
