Ingredients
¾cupvegan sour creamor cream cheese
⅓ - ½cupbuffalo sauce depending on how spicy you like
1 14-ouncecan hearts of palmdrained and chopped, 220 grams dry
½cupchopped green onionswith more for garnish
½cupshredded vegan cheddar cheese plus more for top
Instructions
Mix together vegan sour cream, buffalo sauce, hearts of palm, shredded vegan cheese, and green onions in a medium bowl. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with more cheddar cheese as desired.

Notes
Don't Over Cook. Always keep an eye on your dip when it's baking. If the top is browning too soon, tent it with aluminum foil.
Adjust the Buffalo Sauce: You can make it to your tastes by adding more or less of the buffalo sauce.
Creating Texture. The hearts of palm are the key to giving your dip a meaty texture. I recommend chopping them but not too much to maintain some texture.
