INGREDIENTS TO MAKE CHOCOLATE DRIZZLED POPCORN

Heat the oil and popcorn kernels in a pot with a lid over medium-high heat gently shaking the pot to move the kernels frequently.

When popping slows to a stop, remove the lid and lightly sprinkle with salt.

Spread out the popped popcorn on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or using the microwave.

Use a whisk to drizzle the melted chocolate evenly over the top of the popped popcorn kernels.

Jazz it up with some sprinkles or chopped nuts!  Place in the freezer until chocolate sets about 10 minutes.

Ready to eat after chocolate sets!!
