Instructions
Combine milk, oatmeal, peanut butter, raspberries, cocoa powder, vanilla, hemp seeds, and sweetener in a bowl and mix well.
1 cup rolled oats, 1 cup milk, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries, 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons hemp seeds, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Place in refrigerator overnight or until most of the liquid is absorbed.
Drizzle with peanut butter and sprinkle chopped peanuts, raspberries, and chocolate chips on top.
1-2 tablespoons peanut butter, 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs, 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts, Raspberries for garnish
Notes
For convenience, use frozen raspberries. There is no need to thaw them fully, just mash them up a bit and mix straight into the oats for that classic PB&J taste!
Warm them up if you prefer! While PBJ overnight oats are delicious cold, a quick 30–60 seconds in the microwave makes for a warm, just-baked feel.
Adjust the texture before serving. If your oats get too thick overnight, stir in a splash of milk in the morning to loosen things up.
Add protein powder for a boost. Stir in a scoop of your favorite protein powder to make these oats more filling and satisfying. Add milk to adjust the consistency.
