Contact forms such as the subscription function to receive our newsletter or contact me function to ask a question ask you to voluntarily submit your email address, first and last name.  The information you provide as a subscriber will be retained as long as you are a subscriber. 

Any information you provide in using the contact me function will be retained for up to a year for customer service purposes.  The personal information you provide in contact forms will not be used for marketing purposes.  If you wish to receive marketing information, please use the subscribe function.

Health Coaching Services

You may voluntarily be asked to provide health related information and goals via links in our website to forms stored in cloud services such as google docs and google forms.  This information will be retained for the duration of your time as a client and as legally required following the end of relationship.  At no point in time is any of this information shared.

Affiliate Program Participation

The Site may engage in affiliate marketing, which is done by embedding tracking links into the Site. If you click on a link for an affiliate partnership, a cookie will be placed on your browser to track any sales for purposes of commissions.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Information provided to subscribe to our newsletter and other marketing is retained as long as you are a subscriber and up to six months following.  Any information gathered to analyze the use of our website is retained for one year.  Customer purchase records are retained for up to 10 years.
